Owner and manager, Victoria Bailey Johnson, has lived in Prescott for 40 years. Previously a Williamson Valley resident, she founded and ran two charities over the years and has been in sales and service most of her life; including insurance, cosmetics, books and real estate. Always a people person, she first had the idea for Busy Bee in 1985, and designed the first Bee apron at that time. Periodically she and her three daughters would work under the Busy Bee label as individuals, but not as a business. Then in 2005, at last, it all came together and Busy Bee Home Services came fully into being. Victoria is the Heart of Busy Bee, the friendly voice you hear when you call for our service. She's the one who does the ads, the scheduling and the hiring, but the workers are the real backbone of the business. WE'RE BLESSED WITH THE BEST AT BUSY BEE.
